Bookings and access.

When you book, please provide accurate contact and vehicle information, and reasonable access to the vehicle at the scheduled time and place. Please remove personal valuables from the vehicle before service — we are not responsible for items left inside.

Payment.

Payment is due at the time of service unless you are on a membership plan. Membership plans are billed monthly through our payment provider and are governed by the membership agreement you accept at signup.

Rescheduling.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We may reschedule for weather, safety, or scheduling reasons, and will contact you if so.

Vehicle condition.

Our services are cosmetic cleaning and detailing, not mechanical repair. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects on your vehicle.
